The ‘Blue Moon Project’ is an online support group for individuals transition through mental/emotional challenges. The focus of the group supports a gentle process of transition taking one step at a time. The goal is not to disrupt the quality of life that is already established. This group is a gentle approach using lucidity state of mind, where the mind and body are brought to a state of harmony and calm allowing for greater objectivity. Within the state of lucidity, one has the opportunity to identify emotional patterns that are causing distress. With the use of emotional transitioning, destructive emotions can be reversed to relieve tensions of stress and allow one to clearly make a plan to for successful outcomes. One is no longer motivated by stress resulting in unhealthy outcomes.
